Jeffrey S. Leuschen

Jeff is a lifelong Omaha resident having graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2010 and Creighton University School of Law in 2013. While in law school Jeff worked in Creighton’s Abrahams Legal Clinic where he helped provide free legal assistance on civil matters for low-income residents of Douglas County, Nebraska. Jeff also worked as a law clerk for the Douglas County Public Defender’s office while attending Creighton where he gained invaluable experience in the area of criminal defense.

Jeff is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and provides representation throughout eastern Nebraska. His practice is focused in the areas of criminal defense, family law, juvenile law, and civil litigation. He understands that whether you are charged with a crime, going through a divorce or custody action, or had someone breach a contract, that it is on the forefront of your mind. Whatever the issue may be it can be both mentally and emotionally taxing. Jeff will listen to your story and as your advocate strive to get the best outcome possible.
